  Online purchase of decals to the whopping value of £6.
  Input billing address and (different delivery address)
  Dmb sent to my billing address and are arguing that I made the mistake.
  I logged into my account and the info is as when I created the account.
  Two different addresses.
  These guys are the most unhelpful outfit I've ever dealt with.
  A £6 order could be made again for goodness sake but the principle of it stands.
  If they'll behave like this over a few quid then god knows what they're like over a substantial amount.
  I would advise avoiding them.

  Can’t Thank Dave and the DMB team enough for there services today. I live 257 miles away and no one local would take my one off job on. From the initial contact Dave gave me confidence he could pull it off. After a few weeks on contact with rapid reply’s I pulled up at there premises and they jumped straight into action. It wasn’t a straight forward job and he was working from old photos but the finished product was as factory from colour match to finish. I couldn’t be more happy with there Service today you’d are on top of your game.

  Poor Customer care, issues with gel badges and do NOT reply to my complaints just ignore it, ive spent over £60 and half of which is just poor Quility goods that dont even stick! awaiting a refund!.... please spend your money elsewhere as these clowns obviously work out of a shed with poor Quility goods!

  Firstly as this is an ‘ongoing’ issue we do not appreciate you leaving a 1 star review on google. Why is this?
  
  You say you have wasted £60 on badges . I’m sure the invoice for the badges is for £16 for the 4.
  
  You say that you fit vinyl? What type of vinyl do you fit?
  
  If you are full conversant with vinyl and how it works you will fully understand my comments in the reply.
  
  You do not get faulty glue on vinyl. 100% of the time when vinyl starts to peel is down to the substrate underneath and the conditions of it or the conditions for fitting.
  
  Regarding our failure to reply to you, You sent a message on Saturday 31.03 and I replied on Bank Holiday Sunday to you which you say you never had the reply. Today is Tuesday which is the first day back after the bank Holiday.
  
  We have had no reasonable time to address your ‘issue’ with the badges you fitted.
